This role is Full-Time working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday on rotating roster working in Junior Kindy with 15 children.
About Us
Our childcare centre in West Ipswich offers innovative early learning programs in a safe and nurturing environment. We have two separate yards for different age groups, featuring exciting obstacle courses and outdoor experiences. Our spacious rooms include engaging pod spaces, with natural resources and recycled materials. Our long-standing educators and teachers, many of whom have been here for over 10 years, foster secure relationships with children and families. We support school transitions with regular visits to the local school. We host Healthy Harold education program once a term, and Children enjoy weekly visits from Future Champs.
At capacity our Centre caters for up to 75 children with operating hours from 6:30am to 6:00pm.

About You
You’re a passionate, ACECQA-approved Diploma-qualified Educator with:
- A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Proven experience working with young children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood service.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) that make you a standout team player.
- A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
