The Opportunity

The Commercial Analyst is responsible for providing value added insights to the business that lead and promote optimal business decisions. This role will also provide in depth strategic and analytical information in the areas of customer, operations and pricing.

Your day-to-day

No two days are the same; this role is diverse, with depth and breadth to cement your career, now and into the future. Areas of core responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis to inform and enhance the group pricing strategy.
• Develop and maintain pricing models to support strategic objectives.
• Perform center-level pricing modeling to achieve overall group outcomes.
• Oversee the fee review process, ensuring effective engagement with all stakeholders.
• Provide strategic recommendations for future pricing initiatives.
• Document processes and create detailed work instructions.
• Contribute key inputs to the budgeting and forecasting process for occupancy, revenue, and expenses.
• Analyze variances in budgets and prior year performance, identifying key drivers.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as needed, providing analytical support.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:

• Undergraduate qualifications in finance, business or a related discipline
• 4 + years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Prior experience in extracting, integrating, manipulating and displaying data from various systems using automation where possible.
• High attention to detail and demonstrated problem solving skills.
• A good communicator across all levels of the business.
• Experience in integrating data from various sources.
• Advanced level of Excel financial modelling skills.
• Ability to plan and priortise workload
• Hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid working with children check
